In an effort to provide our Customers with a competitive variety of unique and specialty items, Vistaleon acquires products from around the world. Many products are shipped from International sources, along with others from various U.S. sources, direct to the Customer.
Shipping times will vary depending on the product(s) ordered, so please allow adequate time for delivery.
SHIPPING TO DELIVERY TIME PERIOD:
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS REQUIRE One (1) to Three (3) Weeks for Shipping and Delivery (or, 5-15 business days). Once a package reaches U.S. borders, an Order Tracking Number is generated, and will be provided via email.

- Want to return something? No problem! We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, so you can return any item to us within 45 days of receiving your original order for a Full Refund.
- Prior to returning your product, please contact us at (email@example.com) to request a Return Authorization. In this email, include the word, “Return” in the subject line, and please detail why you are returning your product. Also, to expedite your return, please remember to include your ORDER NUMBER inside the return package.
- Once your return has been received by our warehouse, all returned items will be refunded in-full, or should you choose, a replacement (identical) item will be shipped free of charge. If you would like to exchange for a different size, product, or design then you'll need to place a new order. If the item you order is Ready-To-Ship, it can be sent from our warehouse in about 1-3 business days. If the item you would like is Print-To-Order, it will take about 20-30 business days to produce your item.
- As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage/shipment, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail or during shipment, you'll have proof you've sent it.
- We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition (e.g., damaged or destroyed), we may have to send it back to you.
- Returns can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrive at our warehouse address from within the U.S. and up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from outside the U.S. Once we've received your return parcel, it will be processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we'll email you to let you know this has been refunded.
- Any refund will automatically be issued to the card, or payment method you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), dependent on your bank/card issuer or payment provider. If it is not possible to refund to the original payment method, you will be contacted to arrange an alternate method of sending your refund to you, e.g., by PayPal or Bank Check.
